Cobra, one of the UK's leading vehicle security suppliers to the
independent vehicle electronics marketplace, has launched an
eCommerce platform that will help their dealers to place online
orders for the company's products at their convenience, 24/7, using
a PC or smartphone.
The eCommerce platform has launched following an independent
dealer survey undertaken to gather in depth feedback to understand
retailer requirements for eCommerce functionality. The feedback was
for a simple online ordering solution for Cobra products listed
complete with images and stock levels.
Additionally, dealers are now also able to pay their account
online by credit or debit card without the need to phone Cobra.
Users of the eCommerce platform can also instantly download
product technical and marketing documents, allowing customers to be
given the full picture on new product purchases.
As well as being a source of sales for Cobra, the eCommerce
platform contains an interactive warranty returns form which will
help quickly and efficiently raise any product issues. Helpful
links and FAQ pages are also included to assist dealers with
Cobra's product range and procedures.
The new functionality is accessible via Cobra's consumer site
www.cobravehiclesecurity.co.uk to both PC and smartphone users
through a secure section for which all Cobra dealers have been
issued a unique login code by letter.
